very clean, polite staff and very accommodating in our check in. lovely bar area downstairs

have preferred it if pool open to kids later - our sensible teens were disappointed about the restricted times

navigate any spa time around kids swim times as it can get a little busy

suite was meant to have garden view and it overlooked parking lot

it also became very hectic when kids were allowed in and would be good to pre-warn guests the times kids are in the spa - so you

easy access with free parking clean and comfortable room with hot drinks and snacks

parking spaces are tiny, i ve got a medium sized car and it would ve been difficult to get it

there is no light outside the room as you step out to the parking area.

from town tv not connected to wifi so cannot see netflix and limited tv choice no microwave to cook meal, no plates, no knife ad

food and drinks at the bar could be maybe a bit cheaper

lovely place to stay, friendly, quiet, was unexpected as bar open until midnight.

we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant followed by a nightcap in the bar area

breakfast and dinner were very nice, unfortunately the restaurant was not open on monday evening

food is exceptional and bar and garden have a lovely ambiance

chief simon went over and beyond by putting a take away breakfast together given my early exit

parking across the road ditto a little problematic
