com didn't show anywhere that there was a $25 pet fee

i booked through a third-party site and was never informed of the full pet policy only told after two nights

the charged me 25 + 10 for my pet. i was told 25 for 2 days

and my husband asked for room service twice and we didn t get it during our stay

we always have breakfast in the room each time we visit because it is so good

having the mall was perfect for the kids and moms when we were not playing

hate staying in a hotel that smells like animals, but you would never know that our room was for pet owners

when i was at the pool there were some left over clothes around. they needed to clean that up.

airport shuttle did not have enough departure times and i had to leave much earlier for the airport than i

they are offering a shuttle, but this was not driving and the desk didn't reply on my messages

location was perfect, the pool deck was awesome too. restaurant was closed due to covid
