the manager was helping us find our pizza delivery before time to show up while we was at the pool, he brought us new towels

great location (close to taqueria al asador), nice pool, comfortable room, decent gym. (+)nice staff. good location. clean room. good gym. good value.

the parking

parking can be an issue if the hotel is full. not for anybody who checks in before 6:00 pm.

the staff was amazing!! having a place to eat breakfast on site was awesome!

only one washer worked in the laundry room

the laundry and outdoor staff pretty noisy before 9am carts rolling by several times and employees

the laundry room was all coin operated, but they did not have a change machine and

we were too close to the laundry room n the smell of fabulous or whatever cleaning products used in the room was too strong

have requested an early check in due to a medical condition and procedure having done in that area

traveled with kids for spring break and when room was booked it said a sleeper sofa and it was not

extremely disappointed with my experience at the hotel's breakfast bar

they had a nice little gym

the gym was really small and there wasn't a lot of equipment

kids in pool were not supervised

everyone was nice cute little pool out back with a place to eat outside

enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, pool needs cleaning but other than that it was

the staff was super sketchy, it’s ran down, the entire place smells like dirty laundry, sewage and mildew

we didn't eat the free breakfast, figure if the rooms are the nasty, what does the kitchen look like

was super clean and modern, perfect location right one the beach, my kids loved the pool it has a lazy river and was also very clean, would definitely stay again

beach, pool, outdoor activitie, restaurant / bar attached to pool area and cute ice cream shop inside

wifi is poor , we had to call for it like 2-3 times still no help all they said they will reset but

only 2 other places to eat by hotel but was also bar types

liked how clean, friendly and close it was to the beach and the pool/lazy river were amazing along with the spa
