all the staff was helpful at all times from signing in to breakfast to leaving the hotel

it wasn’t the relaxing night away from the kids we had in mind, it was more like an 18 to 30 hotel

breakfast was included but there was no choice - just a light cooked breakfast delivered to the

breakfast box we opted for it, but it's not my thing.

mouldy at breakfast we informed staff who were very apologetic but this shouldn't have happened and should

of six and had booked 3 rooms , only to be told on the day that the dining room was closed , no bar facilities and that there was no breakfast ( eventually offered a breakfast tray , but least

we liked everything apart from kids mattresses.

venue bar quiet, only open to residents on the weekday i stayed which was fine

kids are well catered for with games and the staff were great with ours

done with being in control of the heating in room as it was a little chilly for the kids

we were allowed early check in because the room was ready

the bar staff served us a drink when we returned late from a concert and, despite it being late and

also lots of animals to see which was perfect for kids

amazing play areas for the kids and my 3year old grandson had a great time meeting new children visiting little mill and

beautiful setting, lovely setup outdoors for kids and adults, super friendly staff
