wifi was not usable

our view was overlooking the parking lot. lake view is available for a premium.

there is an overflow parking lot available to park boat and trailer if need be

the bar had a huge variety of drinks and was well staffed

thin small scratchy pool towels.

our suite had a full kitchen in it, which came in handy with the kids

it was super close to downtown and the indoor pool was great

hot tub in pool area was small and always occupied by the same couple. not your fault.

really nice to have bedroom separate from the living room for our kids

i loved the way it wrapped around the lake and all the activities set up for kids it was nice!

jacuzzi were not working in the spa area pool where it matters the most

honored my request to have a room close to the parking lot and on the first floor

room service was fast, lots of extras for the kids to do at the hotel and about a 15 minute

kids brought fast microwave foods they like and could not heat up

loved having a full kitchen in our room

i was not able to enjoy the lazy river because there is no rules for the kids to act crazy which is up-setting since there is other regular swimming pools and water slides

nice to also have access to gym at the grand even though we stayed at trl

grounds are well maintained and pool area is great

love this property good to stay with family and friends especially when you have little kids

we didn t need to do laundry but if we did there weren t small packets of laundry detergent

everything is so spaced out, like gym, water park etc.
