setting and location ability to rent a boat pool

we always ask for the 3rd floor cause we don't like kids running around above us

it s the perfect place for parents to let their kids run around and you don t have to worry about them

we don t get away from the kids often and we wanted to enjoy the morning together

location on lake delavan, a 10 minute drive from lake geneva, with a golf course, full line of rental water toys

complimentary valet parking and luggage transportation was a nice touch

parking was also good and close to our room

was a little difficult to find parking close to the building if you come in the evening but not too bad

pool, restaurants, and kids activities

room service was slow.

doors for fresh air, real glasses instead of plastic in the room, convenient parking, great bar,a good trio playing oldies but goodies

facility needs tlc but no problems w our room except wifi out.

surface, ie desk or table to put anything no storage for toiletries tv way too small for room no wifi

wifi in the rooms -only available at/outside the main house/lobby area

breakfast was excellent

view was the parking lot and the balcony wasn t maintained very well

our view was overlooking the parking lot. lake view is available for a premium.

we faced the parking lot on the ground floor by choice to save on the cost

room service menu was extremely pricey and they didn't even include basic things like water, salt &

the bar had a huge variety of drinks and was well staffed

get back to hotel was a little nerve racking with kids, since you have to walk up the parking lot and people were flying around the corner by front

the view from the lake side rooms was great. free wifi. continental breakfast.

people were putting chairs inside the pool and parents were giving their kids snacks to eat inside the pool

most places offer bacon and sausage (not so much me but the husband and kids wanted meat) snd also some types of donuts or muffins with coffee wouldve

pools are not deep which helps relax with the kids

the kitchen was fully appointed, and we could have easily stayed in and made all our meals there

pool and spa too small

the swimming pool was small but that was not an issue for me since i am a senior.

the breakfast choices could have been changed from day to day.

to lake & stores by walking instead of high price parking on the street

fully equipped kitchen and great location.

in the farthest building from the main lobby for no apparent reason, additionally i asked for early check in and the front end help was issuing my key but was stopped by the other front end

dishwasher leaked so there was a puddle in the kitchen when we arrived and whenever the room service turned it on

did allow early check in, but reason wanted to check early was to use outdoor pool

helpful staff. great location. quaint rooms and nice inner courtyard. well equipped kitchenette.

the pool and gym were great and very clean as well

the lobby was really pretty i like that and the spa was fantastic

really nice to have bedroom separate from the living room for our kids

the door on cabinet under sink in kitchenette was broken

we loved having a patio especially with kids so they can run around outside and i could relax

great property, excellent room, great for traveling with kids / family. highly recommend!

third floor unit in building 6 had nice view of trees and golf course tee from balcony

huge updated kitchen, living area, and bathroom

the biggest issue of them all was not being able to get ahold of room service

pool had a little too much chlorine my son wanted to throw up

room was very spacious and lovely view of pool area from balcony

loved fireplace kitchen just bout

clean, large rooms, kitchenette, waterpark and pool areas, group gathering areas

we found that when we turned it up to cool the entire space, it was too cold and night to sleep close to the air conditioning vent

the spa and fitness center were great too

service was excellent food was good room service was excellent fireworks were awesome

outdoor pool space was perfection!!!

bed is small, we book a room for 4 (2 adults with 2 kids) it’s impossible to sleep with other people

my grandkids here for the easter weekend and we all had a great time

breakfast simple and fulfilling

pool area was very muggy but i think that was being addressed

breakfast was good, breakfast sandwich would have been even better!

pool was wonderful, staff was excellent and friendly.

breakfast could have been available at 5am rather than 6. we had to leave early.
