the hotel didn’t provide the robe that we can use for pool and whirlpool

people upstairs were a little too noisy meaning kids running around at 11pm.

room was large and well equipped with a fireplace, kitchen amenities, large balcony with chairs and table

nice little kitchen area

however, this hotel lacks facilities such as hot springs and gym, etc

a few more things in the kitchen

5 bathrooms and a kitchen with fridge and microwave

however, it also was advertised as a kitchenette and did not have any other kitchenette features such as dishes, hot plate, or cooking

the space was quite big with a full bedroom bath nice kitchen great size fridge and even full stove top

the two bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen was amazing

guests who don't have slippers may walk around barefoot and then step into the pool, which raises hygiene concerns

the bar staff makes sure what you order meets you needs

a lot of activities for the kids

old bathroom vanity gym needs upgrading

however the adult pool and the pool bar are a little far away

could use a bit of a renovation inside, but overall decent. wifi was not good.

back access to the parking had a lock and was closed.

adored our stay in the heritage suite, although the spa bath is rather shallow to actually relax in

loved the open fire, fully equipped kitchen and the outside jacuzzi was great!

quiet, the scenery, the wood fireplace, the cozy bed, the well stocked kitchen and welcome basket, the lights around the property

check in was easy , the breakfast had lots of options and the staff was readily available &

friendly staff and excellent breakfast. easy drive to the casino

location, clean, well equipped rooms with a full hot breakfast.

new laundry facilities are needed badly

one night traveling through, free filtered water (had to ask about it as it was located in the laundry room), appreciated the breakfast option (though this was very basic and to go style with

the laundry room offer just one washer and one dryer.

door fell off in kitchen which seems sad for a new build

the room is huge and clean, even has a whole kitchen with stoves, micro oven, bread toaster, and a potud83eudd23 environment is beautiful too

lots of seating and a small table also kitchen items and a toaster- it was amazing

kitchen is good enough with the utensils needed

location was quiet, and i was easily able to park my 40’ truck and trailer on the street

wish the pool could have been open for the kids

the indoor pool was great and all the flowers really made this motel feel very cared for

the parking was right outside the room as i was traveling with my cat and dog and a lot of items were

we were travelling with our two dogs, and were given a large ground floor unit, easy access to parking to bring pens in and to take dogs out for walk

there was parking right where i could see the car

i then asked if i could use the laundry facilities to be told it wasnt working

basic, clean motel. we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, which was spacious.

comfortable beds. came with kitchen.

allowed for early check in.

made sure we had room to park our crew cab pickup with 14' trailer
