under the covid conditions, the accommodations were spotless the breakfast was wonderful

the staff was so wonderful and the breakfast outstanding, we will go back next time we are in harrisburg

we had to go through the pool area to get to the small arcade/laundry facility and just that small walk through almost knocked me

we had a water leak from our room to the laundry so staff came in and 2 phone calls

room service from oreily s was room temperature and instead of sending a pot of coffee and 2 cups

did not bring the room service to your room

laundry area closed way too early

the kids loved movie nights by the pool on the weekend nights

nice big room also the inside outside pool was great

safe parking lot and very kind staff

full restaurant and bar, poolside bar and 2 pools

it s so hard to log into wifi, the in room water was not priced to try and sneak a high charge onto your folio if you re

pool, game room, basketball, picnic area, large playground, restaurants at area, breakfast buffet,gym and so much more along with perfect location and the staff goes above and beyond to make your

very nice, big and comfortable there’s a lot of things to do at the hotel outdoor, inside pool, jacuzzi hot tub, playground, bar lounge, pool table, arcade and more close to hershey park 20

the staff were very friendly and the bar and restaurant had great food and drinks

the rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub were super clean

ev charger in the garage was wonderful if they could find a way to keep gasoline cars out of the

friendliness if front desk early check in
