for eggs benedict at breakfast

too many stairs from the lobby to the suite and the breakfast could be better.

hard to swim, riptide but nice pool

also, the slope fom the entrance to the parking mand breakfasat was too difficultt to manage on my own

healthy breakfast included. spa & training facilities excellent.

wifi was undependable in our room but worked well poolside.

beautiful set up on a great property. the spa was fantastic, too

staff is amazing , the pool is fabulous, great cocktails !!

our pool was cold

breakfast food is somewhat standard, but the terrace overlooking the sea is delightful, with cool

very welcoming staff, lots of goodies for kids

there is no pool.

everything from your arrival shuttle with care, to the grand arrival at the most stunning property, to the best

my days at the spa and my massages and facials were top tier treatments and therapists - the spa pool and

got a ocean front pool room and it was unbelievable, the room is big and comfortable and the pool is huge

a)view from room, nor from pool, restaurant or any other public area

location - taxis were very expensive. pool area lacked ambience - very quiet

the staff. the views. the shuttle from the airport and ferry.

i loved the decorations of the hotel, nice swimming pool with a lovely garden

two things that could improve the stay: - a larger gym - a shuttle to a beach ;)

the service was outstanding from the front desk, restaurant, bar and beach

we sat at the hotel bar after dinner and had a drink and listened to live music- was a great experience

also bar service on the beach

good gym and shops on site

in the room, launderette is hard to find and only one machine operational at the time, kids care was closed at

upgraded to a suite it was the best, two patios a kitchen etc.. every one was sooo nice

the pool area was sooo beautiful, clean, and they had a swim up bar

from front desk to all restaurant and pool venues they were great

that's not it, despite the entertainers they bring every evening - this is like going to a small bar with a

better wifi more activities on the resort

love the swim up bar the best bartender there is jay awesome man and great food recommendations at

the restaurant food, and a bigger pool

yes housekeeping is her job but my kids enjoyed the fact that she checked on them

also the signs at the front desk informed us that the bar (gingerbread cafe) closes at 21:30, we arrived for

the best breakfast ever, freshly made sandwiches each morning upon your request

good facilities but no wifi

wifi was not good and the rooms are not well supplied with necessities like rags

unit was very modern, clean, well furnished, with great bed, tv, high speed/bandwidth wifi, and a/c

good, clean, but the wifi freezes a lot the breakfast was good, you can change everyday

and another thing that annoyed us; the walking distance between parking and hotel is a bit of a walk

no dish cloths or tea towels in the kitchen

the quality of the kitchen was extremely poor

the pool needs maintenance and cleaning

lack of bar , restaurants, room service , distance of hotel to anywhere.

there is also nice strong wifi

nice rooms with spacious shower and equipped kitchen, laundry on the premises with correct price, kitchen equipped

there is also ample parking should you rent a car

clean and kitchen well equipped

room (rather small), cool ac and well equipped (kitchen) and a comfy (large) bed and a large tv with

wifi works great

location and parking

we had a one bedroom suite, a kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom and balcony

lack of hot water in the shower. sink and kitchen were fine, just shower,

a full kitchen is ideal for long stays but even for short stays

was extremely spacious (great value/price), clean, great kitchen, airconditioned, tv's, huge balcony

the rooms have kitchenettes and there is a grocery store 1 block away

i only stay because of the kids pool

good wifi

and the tv no wifi on

close to restaurants, casino, beach, pools.

you can exercise in the gym, but if you are not a timeshare customer, you have to pay $6 per visit in

the pool bar closing at 9 was not so great..even 10 would be a bit better.

pool and location

kitchen was well supplied, although we didn't use it too much

the second stay, however, our room was just off the pool

parking is up against the airport chain link fence, very limited, and not secure

bungalows are already worn, our room was not much bigger than a king size bed and the kitchenette really mikro

pet friendly for those who have pets

large parking available

they gave me early check in and late checkout when my flights were changed

the ocean view is wonderful the room was spacious and with a nice kitchen

plenty of parking

wifi was poor

awesome views great nearby activities and airport shuttle

facilities overall had a great vibe to them... restaurant and service around the pool was great.

bar is pool and on patio good

view, location and facilities such as gym and swimming pool made my stay really 5*

hotel is on 5 min from airport with nice hotel shuttle

maintained garden, pool and their surroundings

good views from the room balcony, but the raised area near the pool was unsurpassable

down near maho beach and you can watch planes landing from dedicated viewing platform on the pool terrace

friendly staff, updated kitchen appliances

laundry room to secluded.

stocked mini-bar replenished daily, wish i had laundry needed doing because the price was something like $12

enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the nice adults only pools

the fact they have a 24hr room service and the adult only was a separate building/area/

at the tortuga beach club (pool side) was very good

the facility was in a prime location in maho--across from the casino; next to the airport-so close that we

staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating - we were travelling with a baby and they allowed early check

a variety of amazing restaurants to choose from, supermarket, casino

salon and spa by appontment but got canceled.

didn't get the breakfast but i enjoyed the stay the room was excellent staff was nice and the amenities i got

our kitchen was missing a coffee maker which the staff quickly got for us, along with some cutting

updating, balconies had non functional unfinished spa pool which should have been either removed or commissioned

i made breakfast in my room
