was terrible (teriyaki chicken bowl with no sauce think plain white rice) and there were about 15 kids running wild under our window

you are required to have everything perfectly clean when you leave, including washing all kitchen items and putting them away

from the bedroom, to the fireplace, to the bathroom, to the kitchen, this place was awesome

we enjoyed spa for couple hours

the only thing needed to prepare a meal in the kitchen or grill on the deck was the food

all the rooms were nice - bedroom, living room area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (super comfy)

breakfast buffet was quality

breakfast was limited buffet only -- we don't do all you can eat at 20 bucks a person

no breakfast but understand due to covid and this got us out of the hotel to see the town.

bar was nice and staff were

near golf course where elk gather, able to walk to town down the river walk, which is lovely.

we had the family suite and the kitchen was nice

our suite included a massage chair, two theater seats, a kitchen area, and a private patio

good light breakfast with excellent coffee choices

so the room is very spacious with a big couch and a full kitchen as well

to check out everything was great - best place we've stayed in yet in estes - was nice to have a kitchenett to fix our own meals - my wife loved the fireplace of an evening

laundry should have been free as much as the room cost

the pool was not open due to covid restrictions and we were sad about that

wifi was very poort. without upgrade the lower floor rooms are complete waste

kids couldn’t swim long and their eyes got so red

stayed at the hotel from october 10th through the 13th the guy who kept the breakfast going was amazing

rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and delicious

the pool was working and enjoyed the swimming in a little warmer water than most pools
