room service for extra blankets and towels were very nice and prompt

i had to figure out the wifi she never told me there wasn t going to be daily room maintenance

great breakfast and outstanding service by the restaurant staff.

the facilities, the free drink at the bar was a nice touch, the live music was cool, really nice gym, and the property was well taken care of

like the breakfast and they had a snack pack for the kids for the ride home

it was fine. breakfast was good. my kids liked the pool

hotel was amenable to all my requests...shuttle, snacks and late check out.

my room was by the laundry or someplace they was working so it was noisy.

enjoyed quiet and watching the ducks on the golf course and near waterfall

pool and amenities were very nice

had a lovely room overlooking the golf course and pond where we could watch the ducks

lights were awful and could not be turned off, this is not the hotel for you if you are bringing kids

it was late at night and the kids were in bed so i didn't call the front desk and just shut it off

not enough treadmills in the gym, few people came in and left cause the two treadmills were occupied

but i don't think this hotel is for little kids anyways

there were young sports teams staying in the hotel and kids were running up and down the halls for hours

but weirdest of all was the soap/shampoo/conditioners on the wall - as if we’re in a dorm/gym and not battling covid

my children enjoyed the pool and the comfortable beds

clean, smell, roof bar and snacks, plush carpeting, comfy beds. location

the hotel pool located on rooftop was awesome.
