freezing cold indoor pool, wifi didn't work, jets in the hot tub weren't working properly, & the business center computer was

security at night to keep homeless from hanging around parking lot

the location was okay but the grounds are unkept full of litter and parking space paint is failed

also kids soccer being loud very late at night

also the pool was being worked on so my kids didn't get to enjoy that

the pool wasn't open the day we checked in

and the pool was not open although the pool at the hotel next door was

-pool closes at 8pm so since we were doing other things during the day we never got to swim

the pool was locked and breakfast was expensive for what it was

the guest laundry facilities were not working

had to park off the facility due to a convention because their were no available parking spaces

it has an excellent breakfast buffet every morning in a restaurant atmosphere

not always clean room service not good never no clean towels don t expect your room to get clean every day or once

have stayed at this hotel lot s of times and the service is getting worse stayed a weeks no room service 5:11 the air condition sound like a lawnmower and also had water bugs and never no

the breakfast closed and you could not still get water or coffee unless you paid the room service
