pool was not clean and had no shaded areas

he wasn't happy that my kids and my nephews were downstairs at the computers

parking was odd with a second hotel located in the area

the staff is very helpful, the location is great and the breakfast is good

we really enjoyed our nightcap at the bar before returning to our room for the night

also kids playing in the elevators the entire time

the pool was a little cold. kids loved it but adults could not handle the cold.
