having a bar downstairs is a massive bonus

room 4 above the upper bar so a little noisy until closing time

and the staff allowed me to have early check in for free

staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was busy and good atmosphere

very plush comfortable hotel with great bar and food

maybe a fridge or mini bar would be useful if we stayed longer

but as always, the bar service and staff were excellent

one improvement i would make is to have more options on the late night room service

lots of lovely touches including complimentary breakfast dropped off at the room

only issue was the tv requested you connect to a wifi but there was no connection, so we couldn t connect our phone to watch a movie in the lovely

things no milk in the fridge so difficult to make a coffee no wifi or at least difficult for us to use menu in restaurant was poor but top dollar 10% service

staff were friendly and welcoming, bar area was nice and cosy and it s in a great location

i travelled with my parents, wife and kids and asked for adjacent rooms in advance and it was fulfilled

staff were attentive and very pleasant the room was quirky and very comfortable the breakfast and evening meal were superb plenty choice and the open kitchen was a nice touch

bed was really comfy and the rooms where big and they allowed early check in at 1:30

we brought our own after reading previous review place could do with been updated new carpets and kitchen also new bed in second bedroom

it was quite spacious inside and the kitchen was reasonably equipped although it lacked bin liners for the kitchen bin

- not enough free surfaces in the kitchen to prepare a meal

the kitchen floor was very sticky and we used the flash moon provided to

and couldn't find a tea towel but that may have been our eyes, as had everything else in the kitchen
