stayed in the king spa bath room, was a nice room, tub was great! the staff was amazing as well

very nice hotel ,excellent service,everything is well ,gym is big ,and swimming pool for kids

excellent property for the price, full size gym and a nice sauna. throughly enjoyed my stay

they got a weird little basement with a massive gym with a running track and a pool

the elevators often did not function, leading us to haul our things up and down 6 floors with 4 kids

my children were not happy that there wasn't a pool but we had plenty of fun things planned they didn't even notice

in the laundry room there were two washers and two dryers, but only one each was functional

only complain here is the the restaurant and gym was closed due to renovations

better room service

there is a good restaurant next door for good food, gas bar close by

could hear very clearly everything in the hallways all evening and kids running around out back in the parking lot

no laundry facilities

they even had a laundry facility

too long of a commute from our room to the pool

she come and find out the key is not working at all so she has to give us another room without a kitchen etc

denny's restaurant right at the hotel with room service

laundry wasn t ready yet during our stay but other than that we had a good stay at sandman

it was great to have the pool, hot tub and gym as well

breakfast could go till 10 am. maybe 5th

card 7 times at check in but the remedied it right away with a free bottle of wine and waving our pet fee

loved the excellent free breakfast and free wine and cheese hour each evening

breakfast is great like the late check out at noon

clean excellent location, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast

location, within walking distance to many great restraunts and just across the river from the pool

the indoor pool was heated which was excellent for night swimming

would be nice to have a few more muffins and cookie options for the kids

the only vegetable at breakfast buffet was ketchup
