we enjoyed the homemade soups and the breakfasts were outstanding. the staff was great!!

we stayed in room 28, the king spa room and it was beautiful

view, nice pool with plenty of clean towels, friendly staff who let us check-in early, free glass of wine at

liked the great views, the fitness room, the complimentary wine, and the breakfast that included fresh fruit and greek yogurt

they allowed a late check out with no fuss

an on-site bar was convenient for drinks and bar food

unlike other places who are still taking advantage of covid, this hotel has its pool open and offers free breakfast

pet friendly hotel with the cheapest pet fee i’ve seen in a long time ($10)

changed the building we were in because a of busload of kids came in

the room was big, great bathroom with double sinks, balcony overlooking the pool

food was very good in the restaurant and the pool was great

a thing since the reservation was goofed up he waived the pet fee great customer service

we like the location because it has easy access to the max, a pool for the kids to swim in, 24 hour secure parking included with your stay and the onsite breakfast is pretty

basic amenities like complementary bottled water, robe or slippers are missing; room has no mini bar or refrigerator; no do not disturb sign availablr; room service menu was not up to date

wifi connection was horrible

hotel bar and parking garage were super

and wifi were a lot of extra money

pool/spa facility is an additional cost - when i paid, i assumed that the high price was to do with spa
