pool and look of building

i asked for early check in if possible and he accommodated me and i truly appreciate that being that i arrived

on the shower wall legends in chinese, room lights not working, only one chair,hard to contact wifi

i highly recommend this hotel, not only for the good parking, great pool area, big rooms, and great facilities

plenty of parking, small gym and friendly staff

my family especially enjoyed the pool area

not much equipment in gym

location, cleanliness, customer service and free parking.

clean on the inside, quiet, close to food and freeway. late check out.

was also very surprised with the room service

better breakfast than expected. included steamed buns and tea eggs

clean and lovely staff. with laundry as well on site. the cable and wifi is great too.

wifi was very bad

wifi terrible, not even enough to stream a youtube nor a show/movie

had the opportunity to bring an extra visitor to join my kids in the pool

the pool is open!! the staff are delightful people and very helpful.

for the last two night we slept with out pillows which was very uncomfortable also a not horrible room service

walls paper thin. very noisy room next door. loud banging. loud talking. wifi intermittent.

room was large, i had a balcony and lots of light; the wifi connection was good; free parking; a simple free

work out room with a treadmill and some kind of weight machine; it's not a fancy well equipped gym but for a

air conditioner wasn't really working well, the wifi signal was horrible, the vending machines didn't work,

parking is not safe, someone broke my van window

pool close and one of the beds was broken when we got to r room

we had to enter through the back hall that was hot from the laundry room vents and were full of laundry lent

room service sucked , no towels for 2 day stay, just 1, had to get towels at front desk

was great, facilities excellent , staff very kind , great pool area and gym

aircon and power outlets worked, tv worked (basic cable), and wifi access, and clean

room looked like it was newly remodeled and parking was really convenient

staff was phenomenal the morning breakfast hostess was very nice.?

free wifi terms were not clear that only the basic internet (web browsing, emails) was free

the pool was nice even tho it was a little on the cold side
