finding employees so guest support was challenged and there were some facility issues like broken laundry machines

laundry room was not very clean, with a huge puddle of dirty water under the dryer

laundry washer was out of order and the front desk person didn’t know

reasonable pet fee

air wasn't working. hot tub and laundry facilities weren't working either.

only thing we didn't like was the casino , the machines we played were extremely tight

the pet fee is excessive. nearly 3 times what most properties charge.

stayed one night with two kids and two cats. not bad for the price

we have the kids and the separation between the king room and the living room with massive sofa bed is a life

:) you can hop onto the trolly right from the location, downtown is an easy walk even with kids

cabin was very neat and clean with a kitchen

in shower needs more mirrors in bathroom low stool for elderly no sink in bathroom had to us kitchen

our room included a full kitchen and was stocked with everything we needed for cooking simple meals

this was a very nice place to stay. breakfast was good.

mini mall nearby with a pizza ranch, dq, bar place, and gas station

when a truck towing a bike ,along with two other bikes, decided to park in handicap parking, not even handicap

of our friends children (who were also staying at the hotel) wanted to sleep in our room with our kids

such a nice facility! fun having the loft for the kids, and the coffee shop was super cute!

the room set up w the loft worked perfect for our 2 kids to sleep in their own beds in the loft

my room had a loft with an additional queen bed, which i thought kids would love

i did see they had pool and playground, we didn’t use them but looked like taken care of and getting a lot of use

the pool water temp was to cold otherwise our trip was great. loved the view.
