pool n gym closed, breakfast not offered

i appreciated that the gym reopened the next day

i know they will say they closed the pool from covid but i call bs because the gym was open and they don’t require masks for vaccinated people

quick early check in. great staff in the front!!

location, lovely bar and restaurant, excellent and large pool, free coffee in foyer, comfortable rooms, recently

they had a shuttle service

were pretty loud and kids were running up and down the hallway other than that i will be coming back

gym is newly remodelled and is excellently equiped (works with my polar heart rate monitor chest (+) hotel features such as the spa, bar , gym, grotto were awesome (+)the layout is great! staff was excellent. the gym was amazing! (+) swimming-pool, gym, hair- salon, strategic position close to providence mall e whole (-)the water machine in the gym was not working. (+) we felt like celebrities :)) gym is very good and a heated pool is a huge plus (+) we liked the amenities of the restaurant, salon, pool, jacuzzi, gym and the cleanliness (+)location, very nice pool-area and gym (+)comfortable, good location, gym, food options from area restaurants (via delivery services such as grubhub) numerous (+) pool area was nice although some storms prevented use and gym more than adequate for a hotel

relaxing pool area and common areas also shuttle service to the city with pick up .

spotty weak wifi, tv very old and small.

i didn't see the info for the free wifi so we didn't use it, which was fine since we needed a break anyway

com stated that there was only 2 rooms left on our fist night, but the parking lot was empty except for 7 vehicles

friendly staff, nice clean pool beautiful rooms

the pool was warm and relaxing

still offered pool services as long as you made reservations hour at a time they also had a nice fire pit out

price was a bit high, and your pool was out of service

i did not use the pool or fitness center.

i lost a necklace by the pool and a woman by the name of patsy helped me search high and low for it and she found it - a

outdoor heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi.

pool was unfortunately closed and as i was there for one night wasn’t able to appreciate this

the grapes at breakfast were a wonderful touch, and please rinse them next time

we loved the outdoor lap pool and hot tub open year round

restaurant and bars within the hotel were great and the pool/gym nice and clean

large clean and comfortable, pool was a great feature, openness for kids to enjoy was great, staff friendly and efficient

my kids want one in our house

the kids really enjoyed the stay

were disappointed in the room service breakfast

breakfast was well presented
