i liked dinner. the pool. the hot tab. and the views of river sacco

the loft room is amazing for parents with kids

the breakfast could have been better

breakfast is simple and great

the only lacking feature was the gym

gym equipment was old and pool area needed some updating

nice continental breakfast and indoor pool

all my laundry at home had to be washed due to

coin laundry available, and parking in front of the ground floor rooms

breakfast variety was good and food was

pool bugs should clean more than in am

the guest laundry was reasonably priced

my favorite thing was the pool, also it is very clean and staff is very gentle.

that i need to come during prime season to use the pool. not the hotel issue, my travel dates.

no stairs or elevators that you have to haul your luggage to, best of all there is no hallway for kids to run up and down at night

the spa tub was not advertised, so it was a good surprise for us

although the room and bath were very clean, in using the spa tub, the jets were not cleaned out

the staff was extremely nice and the food (dinner and breakfast) was amazing!!!

location was great, plenty of parking and the two person tub in our room was lovely after the long hikes

acted as a concierge making our stay wonderful and letting us know about all the dining options, late check out, etc

room service was extremely fast every time, and they even come and set meals up on your table for

there was three levels of room service included in our stay which was different, we chose just towels/trash and there were

suites is a great place to stay with kids

stopped here for the night on our way to bar harbor

home cooked breakfast (varies by day)

liked the location, the service, the room, the breakfast, the exceptionally friendly guys who run this place

room was fabulous and so was breakfast

the owner, greeted every guest at breakfast and made them feel like family

great space, great location, kids loved the pool

time i spent in a lodge and it was comfy, had a fire to pool amenities

i also enjoyed a swim in the heated pool, which was being monitored and cleaned

next time we hope to check out the pool and restaurant, which seemed to be hoppin’

very clean, pool was clean. close to everything we wanted to do!

think that the fitness room could have been a little larger, maybe with the addition of some free weights

laundry/rec room/fitness center was a generous label for what was offered

this is a beautiful property. it s set up well, easy to get to breakfast and the pool.

room and sauna next to main pools were out of service

and it not crowded at all this weekend which was shocking we enjoyed watching the koi and the the kids did play basketball for a little bit

we also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong with the kids in the game room one night

bonfires at night and kids entertainment

comfortable bed, quiet location, attentive staff, great breakfast, free parking.

were looking for a place with a pool

no directory for office. no room hand book with info, quiet time, wifi info, etc.

parking was a little small for the size of the hotel

in the room about what was exactly being served in the morning during their continental breakfast

should have put my family on the first floor with little kids, people complained about them running across floor , we was on 2 nd floor, and crying at 7 pm

everything was great peaceful river flowing tennis court and pool !!

they have a great yard for the kids to play in and the river out back is beautiful

we went without kids but will bring them back there when we go to storyland

loved the bar being attached to the hotel! music was very good and appropriate for a ski lodge.

having no phone data this was necessary for us to use maps etc to make plans so we went to the bar to use internet

internet non existent in bedroom. food in bar was just ok but music and drinks were good!
