from international landing them trying to find the shuttle called the front desk & they were very

shuttle bus service: schedule was irregular and vehicle itself was unsafe and did not have air

shuttle to airport was way over filled 12 passengers and so much luggage it was if front of doorway

bar prices were a bit high as i paid $13 for one drink

the bar drinks top notch, the bartender who made my lemon drop needs a heavy raise

this one had a bar where we enjoyed drinks the night we

i loved there was a bar and restaurant available and the bartender was great

room service at 9:30 pm was slow

with our grandchildren and no availability for the pool was a complete disappointment

immaculate, customer service was excellent and the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle was awesome

bed was really comfy, the towels were high quality and dried you off quick, gym was ok

d not work)

the room was reasonably clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the wifi worked well

no room service.

pool was not open

the indoor pool was what i needed

three adults. king with sofa sleeper was just the couch. no pull out couch.

the staff was so awesome and the bar and restaurant were great!
