great food , clean and pool

shuttle service didn't start until 8am as our flight left at 615

breakfast was really good but it was a little crowded and loud

breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable and the view was great.

mattress was very comfortable. free shuttle downtown to eat. good breakfast in the morning.

kids stayed in the pool and hot tub all the way to 11pm

the breakfast was amazing and had nice talk with other guests and staff easy parking

$10 for adults and $6 for kids for breakfast

wifi was down and the response from the desk was essentially, 'yes, this happens a lot

room service was delivered by someone who went out of their way to help us get our food settled.

chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat. loved having the breakfast box delivered to the room.

the bathroom and spa tub was covered in mildew/mold

didnt like that there werent more services like spa services or tours directly a part of the hotel

there is no pool onsite which is a downside for some, but for us it wasn’t a big deal

that info should be provide like having a gym, breakfast, type of bed, etc

like a gymnasium upstairs above us

hot breakfast is a lot better then snack breakfast.

the room and view were amazing. had a balcony with chairs. having a spa tub was an added bonus

i think the chlorine levels in the pool might have been too high (kids had similar reactions with a neighbor's pool)

the pool was nice and the shuttle to turtle creek casino was handy.

also would be nice to have a complementary shuttle to downtown traverse

the spa was off the charts

the fitness center and spa are great and the grounds are amazing for runners/walkers

the access was a quarter mile downhill and in a residential area where parking is not appreciated

we really enjoyed having everything within walking distance: pool, gym, restaurants and stores

the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in request.

i asked for early check in so i could get the keys prior to heading to crystal mountain resort for a wedding

easier for my mom and kids to have car right outside room

the outdoor pool was an added bonus for the kids and the playground area with a fire pit and other yard games was an awesome amenity as well

the location was great and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool

very nice family operating the facility, the pool and hot tub clean and never crowded, a lot of times we had it to ourselves
