the pool heater was broken

place is run down and looks like college kids designed, constructed and painted the room

when i arrived, the cardio machines were out of order in the gym.

gym was “broken,” but they had a deal with a neighboring hotel to use its very nice gym

i like that the shuttle was able to take me to get food.

i feel we should ve had forks plates, cups, basic necessities, that would be in a kitchen, especially if there was a fully equipped kitchen in the room

no room service available on weekends

they also have a whole kitchen, frig, and oven which is awesome

the fact that it had a whole kitchen in the room

i was very surprised at all the was offered it use in the kitchen

the food in the bar was not very good.

kept us awake and took over lobby and gym

gym was air conditioned and very well kept

didn’t get to eat breakfast. but loved the pool my kids did..

and the pool area was super clean and the gym there is like a home gym dream come true

interesting and well-appointed space divided into 4 areas - living/dining area; bedroom; galley kitchen; and bathroom

the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and having a small kitchen allowed us to eat in

i liked that it had everything you would need even though we didn't need a full kitchen

there was a large patio with places to eat or lounge, with a fire pit, pool and hot tub and a beautiful view of the marina, including a dock for guests to walk out on

the hot tub jets didn’t work and the pool wasn’t the cleanest but was beautiful

had a wonderful stay and employees justin at the bar and jacqueline at the front desk were particularly helpful at providing about things to do in

it was a nice setting looking out over the river and the pool/outdoor patio area was very nice

the bar in the hotel was very cozy and the bartenders did a great job

freezer was leaking over kitchen floor placed a towel under and turned off

my kids wanted to swim and anthony turned the heat up in the pool to make

very clean, great location the rise coffee bar was excellent room 303, 2 bedroom residence

rooms are amazingly roomy and have nice little kitchenettes

great layout and concept like the optional room service like the breakfast basket
