ok, well, maybe getting my truck in and out of the parking lot was a little tight, but nothing i couldn't handle
the breakfast is superb, the best we had in the 10 day holiday in the us

we got in late after our 24th anniversary dinner, after turning up the heat to 79f, we called room service 3 times with no answer, just a message after waiting 15 minutes gave up

the rooms are quiet, service is great, gym is new and clean, and the location is easy to access from multiple locations
my kids could not sleep comfortably on the fancy sofa
the staff was wonderful and room service was convenient and delicious

we loved the full kitchen and room setup. also, breakfast was fab!
comfortable bed, good gym, large room, good housekeeping
there was also in-unit laundry and a full kitchen that made it convenient
the pool was closed, the housekeeping is only weekly and on demand
the staff was friendly and very accommodating w/ my late check out

staffs are friendly and professional, facility has lot of fun activities for kids and adults.
it is almost all college kids
the kids loved the bunkbeds
staff, coffee in the morning, available gym, climbing, classes, convenient associated retail
atmosphere and the kids felt right at home with the skate ramps and lounging couches

distance from my room to the lobby and terrible wifi
many ducks/geese leaving trails from back sliding door to walkway,
pool was closed and the kids were very disappointed
we had an event in the morning that would last longer than our check out time, we requested a late check out and they had no qualms about it
the kids enjoyed the pool; and the breakfast was good
