and my favorite part of the property was the outdoor heated pool

there is no in-room coffee but the hotel sets up a nice coffee bar from 05:00 to noon daily.

families with kids and seniors alike were guests; the hotel caters to all ages

good (skip the steak for sure), but the waitress was very nice and helpful; moved our room due to kids jumping on beds above us for hours but front desk did help with that after second phone call -

we liked the restaurant and bar on the premises, which offered great food & drink at reasonable prices

before 10pm due to restaurant and bar at first floor

weren't cleaned during stay and the bar wasn't at all cosy (and very chilly

friendly family run, lovely riverside location, large comfortable room, friendly bar for a drink and food in the evening, convenient for bethlehem with shops and restaurants, very

bar and restaurant were not open so the owner made me some sides to eat which was lovely but i wish

booked the king room with spa bath but the bath didnt work at all

should have put my family on the first floor with little kids, people complained about them running across floor , we was on 2 nd floor, and crying at 7 pm

the pool area was clean and inviting with plenty of seats to relax and enjoy the mountain view

the spa tub in our bathroom and the fireplace space heater.

couldn t get a golf day in our time was bad they had state wide tournament going on

room was very small and cramped. wifi was so weak in room and lobby as to be non-existent.

and a delicious, extensive breakfast is included

parking is in front of the hotel

the meals both breakfast and dinner were exceptional with some different dishes and flavors

having no phone data this was necessary for us to use maps etc to make plans so we went to the bar to use internet

internet non existent in bedroom. food in bar was just ok but music and drinks were good!

the buffet breakfast was way to expensive. it cost over 100 dollars for 3 kids and two adults.

there was three levels of room service included in our stay which was different, we chose just towels/trash and there were

point; the beautiful dining rooms, lower level, tables near the large windows that oversee the pool and gardens

no mountain and pool views.

the lack of daily service was evident as well on the soles of the spa slippers i always take with me on vacation

the spa tub was exactly what i was looking for and the room exceeded my expectations

although the room and bath were very clean, in using the spa tub, the jets were not cleaned out

- easy walking distance into town, and there's a playground not far away which was great for my kids

the fire and smores were a great bonus for the kids!
