the pool wasn't all the way filled up

the place will fall apart, you're not safe during your stay and there won't be any breakfast and fitness room

they have a great kitchen facility right there and grits, biscuits and sausage gravy are just as cheap as the cereals

didn't look like the picture's, our kitchen sink leaked, our lock on door wouldn't lock, they put us in another room cause we didn't

the staff was super sketchy, it’s ran down, the entire place smells like dirty laundry, sewage and mildew

have requested an early check in due to a medical condition and procedure having done in that area

chose the property for the indoor pool, gym and free breakfast though none were available

there is a shower on the south west side just below the pool we used to clean our items and children before turning in

property feels very luxe as far as the others in the area, balcony is walled off to neighbors the pool has misters and poolside service, the drinks and kids menu made for a seamlessly relaxing

only drawback is no daily room service due to covid but understandable

location, has plenty of things for kids and adults alike nice pool, 2 hot tubs and an arcade

did receive a early check in like requested but they could ve spent a little bit longer getting it ready and

we missed rhe opening od pool area by a week. looked like it was going to be exceptional!

laundry room wasn't too clean and lobby washroom wasn't very clean.

seth at the bar kept such enthusiasm, and we saw him work doubles, as well as come back on his day off
