poor wifi connection over priced restaurant, avoid if possible! food was mediocre.

the spa closes at 9pm and that our luxury double room wasn t much different to a standard double

breakfast feels very relaxed and calm, no hustle and bustle like some hotels and again, the staff

bar wasn't open on a tuesday evening so we went to the spoons for food, we also called for a drink

i required early check in and the staff did a great job in getting the room ready early for me to attend a

experience at the pelican started very well as i was given an early check in as i had a lot of luggage and the extra hour gave me time to go shopping in the town

as the rooms are attached to the pub, there is access to the bar and they apparently open the small restaurant on certain nights for an evening meal

elder brook house adjoins the new inn pub and we really enjoyed popping through to the friendly bar and having a pint of well kept ale

evening meal was surperb (can be paid for when ordered or added to the bill and paid at checkout) late check out was great as didn't need to rush and was also given a little goody bag for our

rooms were very clean and great to have a late check out time of 11am especially on a sunday

but i think the gym and pool should be in with the price

room service menus has been reduced. access to parvillion needs assisted or automatic doors

was decent and plentiful, the main draw for this property were the facilites incl kids play area while the adults had a drink in the bar, great swimming pool, and beautiful grounds

we loved using the pool, tennis and gym and the staff at the leisure club were really nice and welcoming

we will definitely come back with our kids too as it seems to have great facilities for families
