wifi worked terribly with constant connection failure

was great, and staff were very helpful, including getting a rush wash and dry of laundry late in the day

breakfast was horrible

breakfast was a disappointment as when we arrived

on top of that, the wellness facilities are exceptional: a relaxing sauna, a perfectly kept pool and a wonderful turkish bath that made our stay even more enjoyable

breakfast is quite poor for 5 stars

excellent front office staff. very accepting of dogs and a nice restaurant bar in the lobby.

breakfast on the second morning was served in the bar as there were so few people in residence

lovely staff. great location. amazing bar that really buzzed.

they have a nice little gym which was a plus

gym has a funny smell seems it s because is all the way on the bottom floor and maybe the pipes,

again, free wifi was available in all rooms but was only adequate for email etc

bar and restaurant attached which were good value for money

i asked in the bar and the two staff had a major row ( in spanish ) about what size water and i was eventually

the restaurant and bar attached was very handy

except the room we had was facing the street which has a bar across the way making it noisy at night

one thing i loved is that the mini bar wasn't used as a money making machine but offered as a service with very decent prices like

the nice pool - the restaurant had nice menu, kids loved the ceasar salad - the option to have parking inside, even if paid - friendliness of

the amazing breakfast, eggs, fresh fruit and even a chocolate fountain, look out for your kids
