we were mainly there to let the kids swim, and we all loved the breakfast buffet

from the front desk to room service, wait staff, and the bar tender

complimentary breakfast, soup & salad and 1 drink from the bar for every night we stayed

pool area needs to be updated the dryer in the laundry room didn't work and we had to put our clothes in for 2 cycles and they were still damp

waited a good 10 minutes to get help he was down walkway doing laundry and saw us when we pulled in

i was hoping for an early check in, but i didn t get the room until i complained

didn t like that the hotel isn t back to doing room service direct to the room or that the rooms don t get cleaned daily

the gym was excellent, pity there is no pool, but all else is fabulous.
