we were mainly there to let the kids swim, and we all loved the breakfast buffet

from the front desk to room service, wait staff, and the bar tender

pool area needs to be updated the dryer in the laundry room didn't work and we had to put our clothes in for 2 cycles and they were still damp

to covid, i missed having food and the pool available

in-room coffee was not good but the room service coffee was excellent

day so except for the poorly stocked store there aren't many food options in the hotel, and no room service

didn t like that the hotel isn t back to doing room service direct to the room or that the rooms don t get cleaned daily

parking only was super expensive and not a good option with little kids and traveling with

first floor sometimes smells like smoke due to the kitchen, when they are cooking the breakfast

the bar tender is always there with a smile and the front desk just makes you feel safe and at home
