clean hotel, near all the shops restaurants pubs and a lovely pool area

the spa is quite small.

can t wait to go with the kids again in the summer

interested in making cocktails than looking after other guests jug's of miwadi drinks for kids

gym facilities not at expected standards

but the gym closed a bit too early

the gym had everything you'd need but sadly did not get to use it as much ad we'd like

lobby bar n resturant .staff .food in resturant .bottles of water when leaving .

the only negative thing for us was the door from the breakfast area back to the kitchen or wash area banged loudly every time someone went through it, approximately every 60

breakfast service was ok ..

was annoying that on sunday morning the pool area had a kids class and was unable to use, also the jacuzzi was closed off at this time, we should have been

really a complaint, as a morning person a swim/gym as early as 6 or 7 would be great on the weekend rather than 8am

the staff were accommodating. the room was comfy. the gym and heated pool were fabulous.

great food in the bar brilliant sociable staff including tom in reception and jack in the late

relaxed venue with a late check out at the weekend

ate in the bar and the recommendation from the waitress was spot on (steak sambo)

the hotel is over a bar so expect some noise on weekend evenings

bar is noisy, just a warning however i found it bearable and didn't hinder my sleep at

loads of parking near entrance

say that this hotel was first class the staff were so helpful and friendly the food was great parking was safe and with a well lit carpark would fully recommend and am looking forward to

course, passed the fota wildlife and through a little fairy forest which was lovely addition for kids to see
