the kitchen had everything we needed for a small meal
i have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing

staff was excellent, very nice room and great breakfast. dog friendly was a bonus!
this was particularly disappointing for me as i was traveling with kids and the pool was my plan for an evening activity

free breakfast is great free suppers even better the pool and the laundry all wonderful and working the water's nice and warm

wish we had robes in the room so if we wanted to use the pool or hot tub we could use those rather than a towel

new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central kitchener location, on lrt line and short walk to downtown
clean , modern, kitchen was great.to have as well as laundry .
there are no signs that the laundry room is in a huge building
the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals
kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

the hot breakfast was nice too
the breakfast was amazing
breakfast was good and the staff here was very helpful,esp the
scrumptious breakfast with omelet, greek yoghurt, sausages, good coffee and make your own waffles
early check in.

complaint i have about hotel is that there is only two spots out front at entrance for handicap parking and there was a guests that kept parking in the spot without handicap sign so we ended up
parking lot was confusing unless you went in the right driveway but could be just me
coffe and tea bar downstairs was a nice
there is a shopping center across the parking lot and we were close to the highway
closure of the gym and pool was a bit of a disappointment.
