some of the bar staff were very slow to serve even thpugh there was no one else at the bar

the fact that times were uncertain due to covid19 having a hotel room with a small kitchenette really made a difference in our stay as we could stay indoors but still be able to eat

didn’t benefit from breakfast, nor the gym or pool, included in the price, but could see many people did

the fact that the gym is outside the hotel

said they won’t be doing anything about it… for a married couple who never get away without kids and this was the first time and over spending on a hotel… we wanted to make the most of our

morning the room service staff forgot to leave any towels, but it was instantly rectified by the front desk

still had leftover makeup and cigarettes found in our room and the room service for food took a very long

was a little disappointing that there were no spots open for massages in the spa
