can be useful when travelling with kids/taking refrigerated medications etc so this was a nice touch

we also had breakfast that was a choice of cereals pastries or various options for a cooked breakfast

the gym facilities were great too

outdated and shabby furniture in the main bar area

were straight out to greet us and take our luggage, poured drinks for us in our room, organised room service as we were too

the noise coming from the staff in the bar at 1am on a wednesday night

loved the service, the location, the cocktail bar and most of all the five course gourmet dinner

great and friendly service - early check in and very efficient

has a super swimming pool , restaurant is decent , with a wide variety on the menu , excellent parking and walkable to whalley ,,, and railway station not too far away

lots of parking spaces with disabled ones close to the entrance which is a bonus

steam room was excellent lots of parking available and it's only a short hop into whalley which is a nice little town for a drink,

personally didn't use, though rest of my family did)

the food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced,and breakfast had some nice different choices to the usual fare offered

the gym, pool and spa was all kept extremely clean and tidy

guests letting kids run up & down the corridor in the early hrs 1

took 2 days to get a tv fix in the room and room service never showed up had to go to reception for toilet roll they brought me 1 and a

great breakfast with a good selection

up the sofa bed (which wasn't ideal as we got there late after a long car journey with very tired kids)
