rooms were great and kids loved the pool and hottub everything was great thank you
currently not serving breakfast because it covid
was great just can't wait until they start serving breakfast again
still wished we had the breakfast but covid maybe should think about prepackaged cereals and muffins cartons of milk and
spa doesn't work, buttons for elevator are busted or missing

the pool is very relaxing
separation between bathroom/kitchen and bedroom
standard continental breakfast but several choices for fruit
have not at breakfast at ponderosa only because we hook up with our family and eat with them
tv news was playing loudly at breakfast so i ate outside sitting on a rock

the staff were very kind and the room was clean. breakfast was fine.
front desk staff are there 24/7; dog friendly; spa tub
booked a spa tub but they overbooked that room so i didn't get it
free dvd rental and continental breakfast
staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast bar is good, and i love the selection of dvd videos for free rental
