central location; i booked a small, single room but it had a refrigerator, comfortable bed, good wifi, and strong hot water pressure in the shower, rendering this hotel great value for the money

the pool was not clean

pool area looked uncared for as did many of the other outdoor areas

the swimming pool area was very quiet and the water lovely and warm

the pool was small but big enough, with enough furniture and umbrellas

were able to check in at 10am and also pay for a late check out - so impressed

was one occasion where there was a small shard of glass in the pool

pool is very small so if there is many guests it must be very busy

the wifi is something that needs improvement.

complaints although it should be possible for non all inclusive customers to avoid the bar queue as it can be a long wait

the lobby bar is not very cozy.

was never mentioned before arrival that we have to pay extra for using the spa, as a spa hotel we were expecting that as included

id been messed around with car hire at the airport meena stepped in and sorted out car hire and late check out for us ,we were using the hotel to explore the coastline with the objective of

miguel/ariana/alicia/jose/diego/antonio/manuel/andres then all the breakfast staff

and although a bit basic the room had everything we needed and we could park right outside our front door

place to stay and the room is spacious with a lovely front terrace and pool

the staff were incredibly nice and we were allowed late check out as nobody was coming that day with no extra charge

its swimming pool is simple and cool, the reception staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is fine, you feel at

the pool was great, we spent our afternoons there when it was too hot to walk to the town.
