i had no wifi or data and arrived to find the hostal locked with a phone number to ring which didn't work

the superior room which was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with a terrace by the pool

the technology (tv and wifi) need an upgrade. (+)room was impressively spacious, blending antique-style furnishings with modern comforts like free wifi and a pristine bathroom (-) forgot to mention - the wifi in our room was quite poor, unless you were in the bathroom or near the corridor (-)wifi, television, no bottle of water in the room (+)is what i didn t like: the place had very weak wifi

didn't use restaurant or bar so can't comment on them

restaurant is top notch. nice dual shower. cool bar in castle.

take note brits most of the restaurants don't open until 9pm so find a good tapas bar first

we found a very reasonable local bar la trencha across the road and had a good evening meal there - well-attended by locals - always

kitchen, bathrooms and sitting room had appropriate facilities
