we used the pool and the temp was good it was warmed so it wasn’t freezing when you jumped in

gym had two pieces of equipment that were unrepaired the entire 3 weeks that i was there
glass ceiling /roof over the pool had open spaces and it stormed while the kids were in the pool letting rain in

carpet areas on hallways as well as lobby pretty clean we love the huge pool, clean pool fitness gym very nice and clean
design of the room, the gym room facilities, the pool-side sit-dwon,relaxed area, one of the best i ever had
no food service of any type. room service would have been nice
