love the hot tub and warm pool

i wasn't able to make reservations prior to our visit, but arrived to the cove water park a half hour after each reservation time and was able to get in with no problem

connect to the hotel wifi, but cell service in the building wasn't great

great location and kids love the water park

pool was nice to sit next to but not great if you like swimming try a different hotel

the pool was great, nice and quiet

one small waste basket for trash and no outside garbage cans except just one all the way by the laundry area

they do not have breakfast & the laundry service but we can go next door daily inn for self-service laundry

pool hours, room very spacious and bathroom

only complain is that wifi was not working and was never fixed during my time there but it didn t affect my stay

the grassy area with games and the large heated pool are a plus with the kids

the kids had blast dining and shopping the various vendors located inside

ev chargers were not free, very expensive at $1

happy at the same time, lots of fun for all ages, across the road from disneyland, and a great laundry

i liked that there was a laundry facility available - this

staff is extremely nice i like the fact of the laundry facility on property and the property was pretty

of a slated glass window with black electric tape on it which looked like ventilation for a laundry room

our room was located next to the laundry room which was a little loud.

a guest laundry would have been beneficial

a little tight on the parking. but that was the way guest parked.

the kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi

staff very nice. location and shuttle service a plus.

wifi was not always good

the shuttles to disneyland were a huge help, especially with my 2 kids

great staff as well who allowed for late check out at no extra cost

no room service. have to call front office to get wifi password. no extra blankets in room.

the staff was very nice and assisted us with early check in without any hassles

room service on the phone didn t work, and i was unable to call them

there is a laundry facility in the other building

very clean but you can see all the imperfections in the furniture such as kids who drew on the dressers, walls

great parking nice pool nice room walking to disney - if you are in shape

the tv needs to be a smart tv . very disappointed why even have wifi .

breakfast was good. kids eating free made it affordable
