the pool was clean and it location was convenient, adding to the overall value for mine

didn t use the pool but it looked nice

also, the door has secure lock so you won't have to worry about your kids opening the door and getting lost

great accomodations at a reasonable price. adequate breakfast for what you pay for.

we enjoyed the soup dumplings in the lobby bar, the pet-friendliness (thank you

pool had too much chlorine and the light inside pool was floating, which seemed like a safety

good place to stay for the price and stores are right near it with plenty of parking

the pool side bar was just right, and our evening cocktails were so much fun with our guests

aircon and power outlets worked, tv worked (basic cable), and wifi access, and clean

room looked like it was newly remodeled and parking was really convenient

when i went to the kitchen door to ask for a clean wine glass, she was at her computer

couldn't get to the ev charger as someone who wasn't using it was always parked in front of it

it's comfortable, extremely friendly staff, good location, pet friendly, just a little pricey for me

weren t sure how to get in touch regarding room service; our room was not cleaned while we were there

the power went out one day and the wifi was off for awhile and i use it to connect with my clients that i do

three things i needed in a hotel (airport shuttle, wifi, breakfast) were completely unsatisfactory

but then we found that it was under construction and had no wifi

i have to ask for the wifi usage. the breakfast is kind of bad.

love the hotel it was super clean, the staff was very nice and courteous and the breakfast bar along either

comfortable beds , fully equipped gym , good breakfast and good location close to good restaurants around

over 45 minute wait for a small plate of pasta out of the kitchen at 7:30 or 8pm-the wait staff were running

the modern european charm. the bar is a nice touch.

where told we might have to move rooms and we did not want that since are was directly across the pool entrance

pool area was not cleaned up. tables , pavement was dirty and lounge chairs were warn out.

trash in the can, the bed looked as if someone was recently in it, soap opened in the bathroom, wifi code stopped

close to grocery stores and restaurants . pool and jacuzzi was nice and relaxing.

there was a laundry facility on property, which was convenient even though we didn't end up using it

the staff were professional, the super early check in was just what i needed after a 5 hour drive

not only did i have trouble putting my kids to sleep but they also were awakened at 6am with the bright sun

selection for the breakfast is not all that great, so they need to improve on the breakfast

floor is convenient to the pool and outdoor space, the laundry (for guests), and the exercise room, but not

although i couldn t find the pool hours anywhere

nice and spacious overall. it could use some attention to pool a spa .

quite, location, and super friendly staff. the parking area needs serious improvement.

it's a bit dated and many amenities are still closed because of covid. pool, laundry, etc...
