they said they had 24 hour room service in the guest services in room but there was no ability to order when i asked

there was no number for reception in room or number for room service - so had to go down to reception ourselves

we had a meal in the restaurant and then breakfast next morning and couldn't fault a thing

received a warm welcome, we had a lovely room overlooking the river and the room service dinner and breakfast were superb

my initial disappointment when i realised breakfast was continental style (my fault for not reading the small print) and so would not serve

check in was straightforward and the breakfast pre order worked well

a great menu of selected dishes, with a professional chef in the kitchen but also a fully stacked bar with different beer and whiskeys

although not a cooked breakfast, the rolls and pastries were warm and cheese and ham delicious
