we particularly liked the upper house rooms with your own pool area
we enjoyed the food both at breakfast and dinner
the included breakfast is simply coffee, fruit and bread with jam
unfair to charge the full price of a chapin breakfast when the continental breakfast is included

from the delicious breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the lake, to the poolside bar with breathtaking views and the most gorgeous infinity pool i have ever seen, we could not have
the hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake
ask for more, most beautiful surroundings/views, great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere by the pool with refreshing drinks made by the bar
also, the food is delicious , the pool area is spectacular with breathtaking views

they made me breakfast and coffee earlier than everyone else because i had to get up early for a hike and they

i was literally placed right next to an open laundry room which felt like i was at laundromat with all the detergent
the laundry service ruined our clothes, which although was not the fault of the hotel, the manager did
couldn’t do laundry because it was saturday night and there is no laundry on sunday
the laundry service shrank/damaged my clothes beyond repair
they offer laundry services for 3-6 euros, depending on the load
