location, quiet & peaceful but near everything, excellent staff who organized an early check in which we really appreciated after an overnight bus from flores

i was literally placed right next to an open laundry room which felt like i was at laundromat with all the detergent

the laundry service shrank/damaged my clothes beyond repair

the laundry service ruined our clothes, which although was not the fault of the hotel, the manager did

couldn’t do laundry because it was saturday night and there is no laundry on sunday

the staff was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious

the hotel’s restaurant is fantastic, as is the spa that operates out of the same building

the rooms are very basic and the spa was closed

bedroom super comfy, breakfast delish ,spa massage was soo relaxing ud83dude0c christopher in the front desk was excellent with

the staff was beyond exceptional and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing, as well as the rooftop and the view from the rooftop, and the hotel itself
