we stayed in the bishop suite which was perfect for a longish stay as it had a separate lounge, kitchen and sleeping area so you could relax at the end of day of sight seeing

the staff was very nice. we liked having a kitchen.

the little niceties like a soap dish in the bathroom and dish drainer and wine glasses in the kitchenette

wifi slow in peak hours, locks a bit tricky and not quite solid enough to be in the city
