i loved staying there for a couple reasons: only a handful of rooms, adults only, a focus on tranquility, exceptionally nice & helpful staff

we loved the landscaping around the pool, our balcony, the helpful, friendly attitude of the staff and the whole experience

minor thing was that the bar was not opened until 2pm

nice little hotel right in the centre of bacalar quick walk to restaurants and bar the staff was amazing could not be more friendly and
