it s palatial but also boutique and unique, has a gorgeous sitting area, a cute pool, and incredible terrace for breakfast and looking out across the volcanoes, and the rooms are

they offer laundry services for 3-6 euros, depending on the load
the laundry service ruined our clothes, which although was not the fault of the hotel, the manager did
i was literally placed right next to an open laundry room which felt like i was at laundromat with all the detergent
the laundry service shrank/damaged my clothes beyond repair
couldn’t do laundry because it was saturday night and there is no laundry on sunday
