great indoor pool and restaurant

it didn’t bother us but made me paranoid that my kids were being loud

they have a laundromat, vending machines, gym and a really nice looking store

had a huge bar selection in the dining room and dinner was more than fantastic

my kids loved the indoor

the pool was empty

asked the lady that ran/owned the place if she could move her car that was parked in a no parking zone blocking the walkway, she looked at me like i was out of line and said to

also the refrigerator never worked, the ice and laundry facility was closed when i needed it, there was only one trash receptacle, and i never was

the rooms are clean, they just added new beds (which are soooooo very comfy), they have hbo, wifi, a mini fridge and microwave (-)the wifi was bad (-)ice room was locked during the morning. wifi didn't work. (-)wifi did not work (+) nice newer flat screen tv with a lot of channels, wifi worked (-)wifi did not work and the staff ignored the complain (-)highway noise was excessively loud, the bed was too soft, and the wifi never connected (-) the hotel staff was courteous enough to reset the router, but the issue was not wifi signal, but the internet itself

there are no amenities such as gym or pool.

the only negative was the pool was not in use

breakfast wasn't more than 2star, but it was all there - the usual eggs,

and they also let us park our big trailer in the parking lot

towels from housekeeping…housekeeping never came and we had to get fresh towels and coffee bar restock items from the front desk ourselves
