the continental breakfast was very appealing and fulfilling

the complimentary breakfast had loads of options and the area was kept extremely clean and well-stocked

would suggest that a laundry area be added to every floor instead of just 1 located on the 2nd floor

there is only one laundry room with one each washer and dryer available for this large hotel.

the hotel offers free shuttle service to surrounding wrightsville beach businesses and restaurants

we were close to the beach and that it had indoor pool aswell incase of rain or something kids could still enjoy

coffee bar is great, and the restaurant/bar is wonderful

i like everything about this hotel the even have a bar now

at the hampton near wrightsville beach and it was nice, but we were annoyed at the staff in the bar area because they were bickering among themselves

hotel is next to new hanover hospital, they allowed us early check in so i could sleep off the anesthesia

informed before arrival that pool was open, but it wasn't...

however , the pool was closed and breakfast was grab and go due to covid-19

left on the 15 of may at 4am the shuttle driver was not a morning person i get it no one is at that hour of the morning but at least

view was beautiful and our kids loved looking at the battleship

i would have preferred that the shuttle service be available 24/7

the bathroom had mildew growing in the shower, stains on the curtains, and room service never took out the trash

both the manager's reception and breakfast buffet were among the best we've had
