would have loved a pool & a list of spa treatments in the room

kids enjoyed it, there was a kids menu in the main restaurant

to whitby town , the history of property, it was very beautiful, loved the bar area and dining

at registration, we were informed that there would be no room service

wasn't really any information in the room regarding breakfast times or room service/menu although the lady at reception is more than helpful if you gave any questions

room was very cosy plenty of room friendly staff bar area very nice warm & homely would recommend it to anyone & will visit again thank you for a

facilities, view and breakfast.

parking was a little difficult only due to our later arrival, around 7pm in the evening which meant

great stay, nice room slept well, excellent breakfast!

with people rather than try and follow instruction to collect keys, especially when i didn't have wifi connection to access the codes etc

my room was on 3rd floor the wifi wouldn't connect when i was in the room, only managed to get connected when i was on the

the food i had was very t fresh and super tasty, bar staff are so lovely and helpful

adults and 2 kids) tried the pool in the morning and enjoyed a lot

stay everything on site that's needed and more , the gym pool and sauna all included in the price was fantastic and great value , food in the

deposit he goes to room took pictures just for wet towels and bed sheets and telling me the about laundry out of shift so thy don t refresh the room which was so shameful really very bad

good location value for money breakfast was good staff were polite and very pleasant would stay

of the staff were excellent, from check in/out to the night lady and bar staff, they were friendly and looked after us very well

central to everything, great breakfast, 24hr bar but no noise, lovely bathroom and all clean

love the late check out option and air con in the room, was great having the heat turned up through the

opportunity to go in the hot tub as was being used the afternoon of our arrival but still lovely spa to

the room was wonderful, warm and clean, getting a knock on the door from the smiling room service lady asking if there was anything we needed was an added bonus, quite often they are

we had room service lunch when we arrived and were asked to call room service to get it picked up

the room was one bedroom with a separate living area which overlooked the outdoor pool

we had to go back to our rooms through the bar area etc to get changed for the spa

everything - the location was perfect, parking was great and the hotel itself was lovely.

dining room service was also very efficient and the menu choice for breakfast and evening meals was

very friendly & helpful load of parking spaces close to steam train station

we ate lunch ,dinner and breakfast while here and the food was absolutely amazing

we had an evening meal and breakfast which was excellent

they let us have a late check out because we were travelling straight to a wedding
