location to a variety of food outlets were within walking distance with the best place being the golf club across the road being exceptional

room service, housekeeping, spa, restaurant was barely open, pool was a joke

the location but as a family with young kids i felt there could be more facilities

another thing we didn’t like was the room was so small for 2 adults with 2 kids

friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and fast wifi

hockey tournament young kids were to noisy running up and down the halls late evenings

pool was out of service as we were excited for that, but the hot tub was opened and we used the gym too

enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, the facilities included a gym as well

if you want to make your own food stay in the tower where you get most of a kitchen

gym could have been cleaner

key card was finicky and the wifi was not strong and we had issues streaming on our devices

breakfast was included as fridge super small couldn t even fit a jug of milk and i have 4 kids so was

clean & very nice room. my kids love the pool they really enjoyed it.

there was no pamphlet or anything telling us room service or when the pool opens and closes and i couldn't find it online

loved the family loft room . it had an upstairs my kids loved it !!
